“How Do I Get Paid?”

“How do I get paid?” This was the only answer I cared about at this moments…”that is what everyone wants to know…do you know how you get paid in your company now” Paul replies. “umm, I don’t really know but I know people are making lots of money” I said, feeling embarrassed because I had no idea.

This was part of the conversation I had my first meeting with Paul my mentor in 2006 who was a full time network marketer self made multi millionaire.  When I first met Paul I was already involved in network marketing, broke, struggling and frustrated as hell.

The day I had this meeting I learned some simple yet very powerful lessons about business that have helped me ever since.  One of these lessons was to always know how you get paid.

Whether you running a traditional business or a home based online business you must understand 100% how you get paid. I know this sounds obverse however if you ask most people in network marketing for example “how does the compensation plan work?” most people have no idea, they just know they have to recruit others and sell products.

The internet is often the same; many people know there are many ways you can make money on the internet however did you know there are actually only 3 different ways you can get paid on the internet.
