Many people who read this blog are involved in network marketing, referral selling, or multi level marketing, which ever you call it the business is revolved around two main aspects. Recruiting people as business builders and building customer base of the product users.

When most people first start out they want to know what the secret are in recruiting in network marketing. In this article you are going to learn one of the most powerful tactics to network marketing recruiting and how to throw your business into the stratosphere.

When you hear about people who have gone through the ranks and built their business in what seems like a flash usually comes down to two major things.

The biggest secret to network marketing success is to recruit a ‘heavy hitter’ a leader, some one of influence, someone who is going to recruit people into the business regardless of who they join under.

Imagine recruiting the top person in your company, or a Mike Dillard, or a Randy Gage, or a Tim Sales how would your business look then? These people have to join under someone and they are out there you just need to find them and then recruit them.

So how do you find these ‘Heavy Hitters’? This is the question you should be asking yourself constantly and taking whatever action you can to attract them to yourself.

One thing you need to find out where these kinds of people hang out, one place you might try is generic training seminars. It could be a training seminar based around network marketing, internet marketing, personal development maybe like a Tony Robbins seminar, etc. Be creative and don’t be shy

When you attend these kinds of events you should have one thing in mind – Recruiting a Heavy Hitter!

You will want to make sure you have a short 30 second practiced, tested and proven opener and invitation to hook them. Look professional in everything you do from your business card, to the email address you have printed on it. Don’t have a Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail email address, have your own website email address that you can use, this way you look like you have invested some money are serious about the business yourself.

You may not always recruit the heavy hitter in every instance however by focusing your recruiting on these kind of platforms the people you are targeting are the go getter type, they are people who are interested and taking action to improve themselves, or actively looking for more ways to increase their wealth, if you target people at an internet marketing seminar for instance.

Also you never know who these people know and their circle of influence.

You also want to have a good online presents with a recruiting and sales funnel worked out so when they visit your website they can join your mailing list and receive your messages.

At the start of this article I said that the most successful network marketing recruiters have mastered  two major  skills, We have look at the first one which is focusing your efforts in recruiting quality people and the ‘Heavy Hitters’ the other major skill they have is the ability to lead people.

Network marketing recruiting often comes down to how well you can lead others to perform at their best and get coach them to new heights that they may not have done left by themselves. This is a whole other topic which we will cover in another post.
